Finally upgraded from our rented place! We chose a 2 BHK at Kamaldeep Anand Residency in Maroli. It is 1190 sq.ft and feels much bigger than our old place. The location is great, very close to our school and also the hospital. Having power backup is a huge relief, especially during monsoon season when power cuts are frequent. We saw the children's play area too, which is nice. The construction quality looks good. One minor issue is that the roads around Maroli can be a bit dusty sometimes, but it's manageable. We are happy with Kamaldeep Promoteand the spacious properties they offer.
