The price range of 41.3 L to 65.63 L seemed competitive for the area in Hyderabad, especially given it is ready to move. A S Rao Nagar is a developing locality with good connectivity. My plan is to rent it out. The gated community aspect and 24x7 CCTV surveillance are good selling points for future tenants. I am hoping for good rental yields.
