I wanted something ready to move since I hate waiting. S K Maruti Mangal was available and the 3 BHK flat size is quite large, around 1836 square feet. It feels spacious for me and guests. The location in Govind Nagar is decent, close to the Mumbai Agra Highway which is convenient for my commute. Security features like 24x7 CCTV and video door security give me peace of mind when I am at work. The EV charging point is a good addition for the future. My only small issue is the price, it was at the higher end of my budget, around 1.05 Crore, but the ready-to-move aspect sealed the deal.

My parents live in Nashik and I wanted to get them a comfortable home. S K Maruti Mangal seemed like a good option. They are getting a 3 BHK flat which is quite spacious, over 1900 square feet, so they have plenty of room. It is ready to move in, which is perfect as I don't want them to deal with construction delays. The developer, S K Construction Nashik, seems reliable. The one floor, two flat concept is excellent for privacy. It's located in Bajirao Nagar, near RD Circle. The hospital is about 6 kilometeaway, which is good for any emergencies. The price point is around 1.08 Crore, which felt reasonable for the size and location.

We chose S K Maruti Mangal because it's ready to move and we have school-going kids. New Era English School is only about 1.8 kilometeaway, which is very convenient. The 3 BHK flat is large enough for our family, with built-up areas ranging from 1836 to 1962 square feet. It gives everyone their own space. The location in Govind Nagar is okay, but there's a bit of traffic noise from the nearby highway sometimes, especially during peak houPower backup and 24x7 security are essential for us, and they have both. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus. We paid about 1.02 Crore for our flat.

The only downside is that the roads in Bajirao Nagar aren't the widest, and sometimes during monsoons, the area can get a little waterlogged. But overall, we are happy with the space and privacy.
