My fit apartment purchase was a 3 BHK in S Grand Springs. It's 1180 sq.ft and feels quite spacious. I got it for approximately 98 Lakhs. The location on OMR is excellent, very close to OMR itself and the Mettukuppam bus stop. I really liked the Video Door Security and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Rainwater harvesting is also a good feature. The developer, S Realty, seems reliable. Everything is ready to move in, which was a big relief for me as a fit-time buyer.
