Finally found a place after looking for weeks since my transfer to Ahmedabad. S C Sudahan Complex is quite conveniently located near Marengo CIMS Hospital, which is perfect for my work. I picked a 2 BHK apartment with carpet area around 567 Sq.ft. The price was within my budget, around 38 L. Ready to move in is a huge plus as I need to settle quickly. The video door security and 24x7 water supply are practical features. My only worry is the traffic on Chankyapuri Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Still, the proximity to the hospital and the overall feel of the project make it a good choice for me.
