I am purchasing this property from abroad for my parents living in Guntur. The reputation of Ruthvika Infra DevelopeGuntur helped me make the decision despite being away. Everything about Ruthvika Homes seems well planned, especially the storm water drains and the specific focus on infrastructure. The 3 BHK size is perfect for their needs. They are quite happy that Manipal Hospital Vijayawada is close to the project location. My only concern is the distance from the Vijayawada Bus Station which is nearly nearby, but that is a minor trade off for a residential area. I am confident that the development will be finished as scheduled by January 2027.

Location was our main priority because we needed something near the school for our children. Ruthvika Homes is very close to Little Talents Pre-School, which makes the morning routine so much easier. The site is currently under construction, but we have been monitoring the progress of the internal roads and footpaths. Having a fire fighting system in place is a safety feature we really value. We opted for the 1498.55 Sq.ft unit because the extra space will definitely help with the kids. It is a relief to be away from the main city traffic but still connected to the Mahanadu road. We are looking forward to moving in by early 2027.

I checked the carpet area which is around 1461.09 Sq.ft for the one I chose, and the floor plan seems quite practical for a 3 BHK. Since it is still under construction, I am waiting to see how the landscaping and tree planting turns out once they finish the site. The connectivity to Tadepalli road is what convinced me to put my money here. Hopefully, the handover happens on time by January 2027 as they promised. The site is a bit dusty right now because of the ongoing work, but that is expected at this stage of the project.
