We just moved into our 3 BHK at Ruikar Crystal Garden. It has a carpet area of 1115 square feet, which is quite spacious for us. We love the fact that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, making us feel safe. The children's play area is also a big plus for future plans. It's ready to move, which was a huge convenience. The location in Baner is great, very close to Jupiter Hospital (1.5 km) and The Orchid School (1.2 km). My only concern is the traffic on Baner Road during peak hou, which can get quite heavy. Otherwise, the apartment layout and amenities provided by Ruikar Constructions Pvt Ltd are impressive.
