We were looking for a spacious home in a good locality for our children, and RUI 146 Vishwaganga seemed like a good fit. The 3 BHK flats offer a large carpet area of 1259 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. The proximity to Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School and Jr. College, a short distance, was a major deciding factor. Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also very close, a short distance, which is reassuring. The project by Rui Univeal Realties includes amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Recreation Facilities, which are great for families. The price point is between 1.12 Cr and 1.39 Cr. My only reservation is the traffic on Paud Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.

Rui Univeal Realties has included good features like Closed Car Parking and 24x7 Security. The area is lively, with Deccan Gymkhana also a short 3-minute drive. The only minor issue is that the surrounding roads are a bit narrow for easy access, and parking can be a challenge if you have multiple vehicles.

I’m a bit worried about the construction quality though, as OC is not available yet, but the builder Rui Univeal Realties says it’s ready to move in. Overall, it seems like a good start.
