I am purchasing a 2 BHK apartment in Rudra Icon for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. I wanted something comfortable and secure. The project by Ramdev Infracon offea gymnasium and a fire fighting system, which are important for their safety and well-being. The 585 square feet built-up area for the 2 BHK should be sufficient for them. The location in Zundal is developing nicely. I am particularly pleased with the inclusion of earthquake-resistant RCC structure, given the seismic activity in the region. The completion is scheduled for December 2027, which is fine as they are currently residing elsewhere. The club house is a good addition for their social needs.
