We were looking for a decent 3 BHK in Kolkata and found RT Astha. The size at 1410 square feet is quite generous for our family. Devaki Memorial School being nearby was a major deciding factor for us. My daughter is thrilled about the children's play area. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. The location in Rajarhat is developing fast, which is good. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit busy during peak hou, but otherwise, it is a very comfortable place to live. The gymnasium is also a good addition for fitness.
