We were tired of paying rent and decided to upgrade to our own home. Royal Star Starvie in Moshi offered us a spacious 3 BHK apartment, with carpet areas from 924 to 1211 Sq.ft. This gives us much more room than our previous rental. The price was manageable, around 65 Lakh for the unit we selected. Royal Star Group has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area which our little ones will enjoy. The location is also convenient, being close to schools and the highway. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome at times, but we are managing.
