We looked at the residential plots too, some going up to 3600 sq.ft, but preferred a ready-made villa. Royal Square seems reliable. The amenities like power backup are crucial. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor concern. Overall, the location is convenient, and the price of 1.31 Cr for this size was acceptable.
