Royal Heights was a good find for us. We bought a 3 BHK that’s about 1566 square feet. The price point was within our budget, around 70 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge advantage since we didn’t want to wait. We liked that it has solid waste management and rainwater harvesting, showing some eco-friendly thinking. The gym is decent, and the covered parking is very convenient. It's close to the Gaddigodam Metro Station, which is helpful for commuting. Sometimes the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit much, but hopefully that will settle down.

We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Nagpur and found Royal Heights. We bought a larger 3 BHK configuration, around 1600 square feet, for about 80 Lakhs. The high-quality construction and elegant elevation were impressive from the start. The developer, Royal Buildcon, has included important features like fire fighting systems and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which provide a sense of security. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very pleasant. It’s located in a peaceful area, which is great for unwinding after a busy day. The connectivity to the bypass and schools is also a major plus.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat at Royal Heights. The built-up area is 1242 square feet, which is adequate for my family. Royal Buildcon has provided good amenities like a game zone and a gymnasium. The location near Aakar Nagar on Katol Road is quite accessible. The price was competitive, falling within the 64.58 Lakh range for this configuration. I particularly like the POP in all rooms; it gives a finished look. The only slight issue is the parking spaces are allotted but can be a bit tight to maneuver into sometimes.

Moving to Nagpur for work, I needed a place close to KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals, and Royal Heights is only 4 kilometeaway. The 3 BHK flat I selected is 1679 square feet, very roomy. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the solar lighting which is energy efficient. The community building and multipurpose hall are nice additions for residents. The area is indeed pollution-free as advertised. My only reservation is that the OC is not available yet, which makes me slightly uneasy. However, the overall setup and connectivity are excellent.

We finally moved into our new 2 BHK at Royal Heights last month. It’s a spacious 1242 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to grow. The location on Katol Road is quite peaceful, away from the main city noise. Royal Buildcon included a modular kitchen setup which was a nice surprise and saved us some hassle. The children's play area is good for our little one. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. We are happy with the construction quality and the Vastu compliance is a big plus for us.
