As a government employee, I value stability and reliable services. Anjaneya Greens 2 promises 24X7 water supply, which is a big plus in Nagpur. They are also installing a sub-station and a receiving station, ensuring consistent power. The internal roads and footpaths are being laid out well, and the landscaping looks decent. While the project is under construction, the overall plan seems solid. My only concern is the distance to the Gaddigodam Square Metro Station, which is over 10 kilometeaway. This might be an issue for daily commute if metro connectivity is important. However, for a peaceful residential area with good basic amenities, this project by Anjaneya seems like a reasonable choice.

We were looking for a place near Podar International School Nagpur Katol, and Anjaneya Greens 2 is literally zero kilometeaway. That was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. The developer, Anjaneya, seems to be focusing on basic infrastructure like 24X7 water supply and good street lighting, which are essential. They also have provisions for water conservation and rain water harvesting. The area is still developing, so there is some dust and traffic noise during the day, but we are hoping that will reduce once more people move in. The overall project looks promising for families, especially with the school being so close. We are hoping the construction finishes on time.
