It’s ready to move, which was a major plus. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. We were also happy to see the gymnasium. The price of 47.85 Lakh onwards was within our budget after saving for a while. The location on Katol Road is convenient enough for us to commute to school. One thing we noticed is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
