The location in Baner is great, very close to Baner Road and NH-48, making my commute easier. The price point starting at 90 Lakh seemed fair for the area. Royal Trinity Buildcon is the developer.   We chose Royal 21 Baner Hills primarily because of its proximity to schools. The Orchid School is nearby, which is fantastic for our kids. Jupiter Hospital is also quite close at nearby. The 2 BHK flats offer a carpet area of 682 Sq.ft, which should be enough space for our family. Construction is ongoing, with a completion date of June 2025. The price starts around 90 Lakh. We did notice quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction on the main Baner Road, which is a minor concern, but manageable given the benefits. The inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain water Harvesting are good environmental features.
