The price of 90 Lakh onwards fits within my budget for this purchase. I am relying on the developer's commitment to provide essential amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and Landscaping & Tree Planting. While OC details are not yet available, the overall development seems promising for my parents' comfort.

We chose Royal 21 Baner Hills primarily because of its proximity to schools. The Orchid School is nearby, which is fantastic for our kids. Jupiter Hospital is also quite close at nearby. The 2 BHK flats offer a carpet area of 682 Sq.ft, which should be enough space for our family. Construction is ongoing, with a completion date of June 2025. The price starts around 90 Lakh. We did notice quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction on the main Baner Road, which is a minor concern, but manageable given the benefits. The inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain water Harvesting are good environmental features.
