It’s good that it is located near Dhakuria Station Road, which is a well-known area. The proximity to Carmel High School, just a minute away, is a huge benefit for families. I did notice that during the afternoon, there was some dust from nearby ongoing construction, which is a common issue in developing areas of Kolkata. Roy Construction needs to ensure better dust management. Otherwise, the connectivity and space are decent for the price point.
