The primary reason was the location; it’s incredibly convenient being close to Ryan International School, which is just a short walk away, and also near Apollo Cradle Maternity & Children's Hospital. The apartment itself is comfortable, and we appreciate the natural light. Roma Buildehas delivered a property that meets our needs. The Kundalahalli Metro Station is nearby, which is decent for weekend travel. One thing we’ve noticed is that the water pressure can be a little low during peak usage times in the morning. Otherwise, it’s a good place for us.
