The construction was completed in 2014, so it's an older property but seemed well-maintained. Being close to Tulasi Hospitals is convenient, although I peonally prefer slightly more open spaces around hospitals. The main concern for us was the traffic noise from Hi Tension Road, which can be quite significant during peak houAlso, the lane leading to the project, Kalyan Gardens Lane, is a bit narrow. We are still weighing the pros and cons before making a final decision, but the location and the space are appealing.
