I chose a 2 BHK builder floor for them, which has a built-up area of 950 Sq.ft. The price was around 35 Lakhs. The proximity to The Millennium School Sector 119 and Cloudnine Hospital - Noida is excellent for their needs. Although I haven't seen it myself recently, my parents visited and liked the layout. The main concern is the distance for me to visit them regularly, but the location is convenient for their daily life. RN Homes is the developer.
