We are looking for a place for my parents near Noida Sector 51 Metro Station, which is a short distance from RN Iron Heights, so this seemed like a good option. The builder floor concept appealed to us for privacy. We are considering the 3 BHK builder floor which has a super builtup area of 1400 square feet. The price is within our budget, around 55 L. My parents are currently in Delhi and want to move closer to family in Noida. The construction is expected to finish by December 2026. Hopefully, RN Homes will maintain good quality standards. I visited the site last month and it looked promising, though there is some dust from nearby construction, which is expected at this stage.

My wife liked the idea of having a separate floor for our family. The area is Sector 73, Sarfabad, which is quite accessible. The Noida Sector 51 Metro Station is also conveniently a short distance. While the size is good, the immediate surrounding area can get quite dusty due to ongoing construction, which is a minor annoyance. RN Homes is the developer, and the expected completion is December 2026. Overall, it looks like a decent option for a growing family.

I bought a 4 BHK builder floor in RN Iron Heights. The area is 1650 square feet super builtup and the price was 69.99 L, which was on the higher side of my budget but manageable. The main reason for choosing this project was its location; it's extremely close to Shri Ram Singh Multi Specialty Hospital, only a 4-minute drive, which is convenient. Also, Sapphire International School is a short distance, which is great for future planning. RN Homes is the developer. Construction is ongoing and scheduled for completion in December 2026. The area around Sarfabad village has seen a lot of development recently. Traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby, but it’s manageable for me.

The location in Sector 73, Sarfabad is developing well. We are a bit concerned about parking though, as builder floocan sometimes be challenging with limited space, but we are hoping for the best. Construction should be done by December 2026.
