    Our biggest priority was proximity to schools, and Riyasat Govindam is right next to I. G. M. Senior Secondary School, which is amazing. It's also close to Cocoon Hospital, a real plus for emergencies. We looked at the 1395 Sq.ft plots. The community has landscaping and tree planting which will be nice for the kids to grow up around. Solid waste management is also a good feature. The main concern is the road access to the main NH - 8, it's a bit narrow for about 200 metewhich can get dusty during peak houWe are still weighing options but the location is hard to beat.
