    We fell in love with the layout of the 3 BHK at Reyansh Enclave. The saleable area is between 1530 and 1556 square feet, offering plenty of room for our future plans. Rachurie Raj Gopal is the developer, and they have a few projects completed nearby. The proximity to Ankura Hospitals and IG Statue Alwal Bus Stop is a major plus for us, being around 2 kilometeaway. We are particularly impressed with the water conservation and rainwater harvesting amenities planned. The only slight worry is the parking situation; closed car parking is available, but we hope it's sufficient for residents. The price is in the 88.74 Lakh to 90.24 Lakh range. We are looking forward to the February 2025 completion.
