Finally settled into RDS Legacy after retiring. It's a peaceful place. The 3 BHK configuration is spacious enough for my family. I appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the power backup, which is essential. The location near Kadavanthra is good, not too far from the National Highway 47. My only small issue is the parking. While they have car parking, it can get a bit congested sometimes, especially for guests. The landscaping is well done, making the complex look very green and pleasant. The Vastu compliance was important to my wife and me.

However, I would have preferred if the OC (Occupancy Certificate) was readily available, as that's usually a standard document. The rain water harvesting and water conservation features are environmentally conscious.
