I chose RD Uttaran in Rajarhat for my parents who live in Kolkata. They needed a comfortable place that was ready to move in. The project by RD Construction has decent amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are important for elderly people. The location in Desh Bandhu Nagar is accessible and not too far from hospitals like ILS Dumdum. The flat size of 1035 sq.ft built up is good for them. My main concern was the connectivity, but it’s reasonably close to NH 12. I hope the maintenance is good going forward, as I won't be there to oveee things regularly. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for them.

Relocating to Kolkata for work at ILS Hospitals, I needed a place that was conveniently located and ready for immediate occupancy. RD Uttaran in Desh Bandhu Nagar fit the bill. It’s only close to the hospital and also close to Titumir Metro Station, making travel around the city very manageable. The 3 BHK configuration at 1035 sq.ft built up offeample space. The price point of 41.4 Lakh onwards was competitive for the location and the fact that it's ready to move. Power backup is a crucial amenity for my professional. While the immediate surroundings are developing, it’s a practical choice for someone needing quick and easy access to key city points.

RD Uttaran was a good choice for us because it’s quite close to Indira Gandhi Memorial High School, just nearby. This makes the morning drop-off much easier. We bought a 1035 sq.ft 3 BHK flat which has enough room for the kids. The area is developing well and it feels like a safe neighborhood. They provide 24x7 water supply which is essential for a family. The only minor issue is that the roads around the locality can be a bit dusty during construction work nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. We are happy with the purchase and the kids seem to like the space too.

We were looking for something ready to move in the Rajarhat area and RD Uttaran seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are 1035 sq.ft built up which feels quite spacious for us. It’s close to NH 12 so commuting isn't too bad, takes a short distance get to the IT hub. Power backup is a big plus for our work. The only thing we are a bit worried about is the traffic noise from the highway sometimes, but we are trying to get used to it. The price was around 41.4 Lakh which was within our budget. Overall, it’s a decent place for young professionals starting out.

This is my fit property purchase and I decided on RD Uttaran. I liked the 3 BHK flats here which are 1035 sq.ft built up, offering good space for future plans. The price of 41.4 Lakh was what I had budgeted for, so that worked out well. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as I didn't want to wait. The location in Rajarhat is promising with proximity to NH 12 and public transport like Titumir Metro Station (2.2 km). I'm also getting 24x7 water supply and fire sprinkle, which are good safety features. My only hesitation is the slightly narrow lane leading to the project, but once inside, the complex feels peaceful. RD Construction has a reputation worth considering.
