The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with a built-up area of 1372 square feet. It offeplenty of room. Being ready to move was convenient. The price of 55.99 Lakh onwards is competitive for this part of the city. My grandchildren can easily reach St Stenphen's school, which is right at nearby. RD Construction has a decent reputation. The lift facility is helpful for my knees. Overall, a good option for my retirement.
