Being ready to move meant I could shift without much delay. The price of 42.9 Lakh onwards was acceptable. The 24x7 water supply and the overall security with CCTV are comforting. The location is convenient, being close to Dumdum. The only slight drawback is the noise from the nearby airport traffic, which can be noticeable at certain times.   This is my fit property purchase and I was a bit nervous. I chose a 3 BHK at SS Sagar in Dumdum Cantonment. The built up area is 1100 Sq.ft and the price started from 42.9 Lakh. It’s a ready to move project, which was good for my fit buy. I liked the amenities like the lift and the 24x7 security. The location is close to the airport area. The main issue is the traffic near Dumdum cantonment, especially during peak hou, it gets quite congested. Also, the roads leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes. But for a fit home, it feels manageable.
