The developer, Shipra Enterprise, has a presence in Kolkata. I appreciate the provision of 24x7 security and power backup, which offegood peace of mind. The nearby Noapara Metro Station, nearby, is useful for occasional travel. The price point of around 26.06 Lakhs for the 3 BHK fits my retirement savings plan. However, I noticed some dust during my visits due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a common issue in developing areas. Overall, it is a decent property for settled individuals.
