The price at 2.07 Crore was a stretch, but we felt it was worth it for the quality and location. We appreciate the solid waste management and rainwater harvesting features. The 24/7 water supply is a big improvement. The access road is a bit narrow though, which can be inconvenient sometimes. We are still waiting to see the final OC details.
