    We were looking for a ready to move flat in Kolkata and came across Raunak Appartment. The 800 sq.ft 2 BHK layout felt quite spacious for us, especially the living area. It's super convenient being close to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport, makes weekend getaways easy. The gated community aspect gives a good sense of security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price point of 38.4 Lakh onwards was within our budget. One small thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road, but it's manageable. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.
