I recently visited Ratnam Opal, located behind The Cbd, S P Ring Road. I'm interested in a 3 BHK apartment, which starts at 75 Lakhs. The area is 1935 Sq.yd. And the construction looks promising. Ratnam DevelopeAhmedabad seems to be focusing on quality, with durable RCC frame structure and granite kitchens. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in August 2024. While the amenities like a waiting lounge and community buildings are appealing, the traffic on the S P Ring Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for my daily commute. Nevertheless, the overall impression is positive.

We visited the site last week, and while the construction is progressing well, there's quite a bit of dust around due to ongoing work, which is undetandable. The price is around 75 Lakhs, which is at the higher end of our budget, but the floor plan looks practical. They have planned for 24x7 water supply and car parking, which are essential. The expected completion is August 2024.
