The availability of a gymnasium and swimming pool adds to the property's appeal for future resale or leasing. However, I did note that the parking space might be a bit tight for larger vehicles, and the overall built-up area of the apartments, especially the 2 BHKs, is on the smaller side compared to newer developments. The project completion was in 2013.
