Finally found a place that fits our needs. We looked at Rashmi Riesen in Shela. The 2 BHK sizes are good, like the 1298 Sq.ft option, and the price is manageable at about 52.5 Lakhs. Getting 24X7 water supply and power backup is a huge relief from our current rental situation. The project also offea gymnasium and club house, which we are excited about. The location is decent, with NH 66 nearby. The only thing that concerns me slightly is the road leading to the project; it's off VIP Road but you have to go through some internal lanes, which might get dusty during construction.
