The location in Kalubai Nagar is reasonably well-connected, especially with the Pune Ahmedabad highway close by. I bought a 1627 Sq.ft plot. The project is ready to move and was completed in December 2018. While it’s a good area, the roads leading to the specific lane, Lane Number 4, are not the best. It can be dusty sometimes. However, the potential for growth in Wagholi is significant, making it a promising location for a long-term investment.

We were looking for a plot in Pune and found Ramchandra U Jadhavrao Bluebells. The proximity to EuroSchool Kharadi, which is nearby, was a major deciding factor for our kids’ education. We purchased a larger plot of 3950 Sq.ft here. The Wagholi Bus Stop is also conveniently located at nearby. Although the project was completed in December 2018 and is ready to move, the surrounding area still has some construction dust. We are hoping this improves as more development happens. The plots offer good space to build a comfortable family home. We are still waiting for the OC details.
