After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Rambagh by K N Infra Projects Pvt Ltd seemed like a good option. It's a ready-to-move-in project completed around 2010, so it's established. I particularly liked the children's play area and the cycling track; my grandchildren can use them when they visit. The 2.5 BHK configuration at 1554 square feet is a good size. The security is 24x7, which gives peace of mind. The prices were reasonable for the area. The only thing I found slightly inconvenient was the availability of parking for guests. Otherwise, the project is well-maintained and quiet.
