We chose Rachana Beverly Hills for our family because of its proximity to The Orchid School, which is nearby. We booked a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 1150 square feet. The project is ready to move, which was perfect for our immediate needs. Rachana Lifestyle has provided a good children's play area and a jogging track, which my kids enjoy. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are essential safety features for us. The main drawback is the parking situation; it can get a bit congested, especially when visiting guests. Also, the pricing starts from around 1.5 Crore for a 3 BHK, which is quite steep, but the location and amenities justify it to some extent.

We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit concerning for a project completed in July 2019. Overall, it's a reasonable property for the price, around 1.2 Crore.
