Being in the IT sector, we appreciate the earthquake-resistant RCC structure, giving us peace of mind. Fitbliss Enterprises Private Limited has also included split air conditionein the rooms, which is a nice touch. The only minor issue is the traffic around Parnasree Pally during peak hou, but we are hoping to get used to it. Overall, it feels like a good investment for our future.

Fitbliss Enterprises Private Limited has ensured 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which is very important for us. The pricing for our flat was approximately 70 Lakh. While the project completion is slated for December 2025, it’s good that it’s ready to move. The only drawback we noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down.
