The 24x7 security and power backup amenities are essential for me, offering peace of mind. The location in Parnasree Pally is reasonably well-connected. I visited the site a couple of times before finalizing. My only slight concern is that the OC status wasn't readily available, which made me a bit hesitant, but since it's an older project completed in 2012, I proceeded. The overall feel of the apartment is comfortable.
