It’s a ready-to-move property, which was a huge convenience. The location in Parnasree Pally is decent, and it's a short distance CK Birla Hospitals, which is reassuring. OM Enterprise has provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply. While the price of 43.29 Lakh for the 2 BHK was at the higher end of my budget, the peace of mind and convenience are worth it. The lift is also very helpful.
