X Road Bus Terminal, just a 5-minute walk, is a big plus for commuting. The developer, Heda Infra Projects Private Limited, seems to be on track with the construction, with an August 2027 completion date. One thing we noted is the limited open car parking options, though closed parking is available. We are hoping this won't be a major issue later on. The landscaping and tree planting mentioned in the amenities list sounds appealing.
