The location in Saswad is quite nice, and it's good that M. E. S. Waghire High School is only about 0.4 kilometeaway. We also liked that R D Construction is providing 24/7 water supply and water conservation amenities. The project is under construction and expected to complete by January 2028. The only thing we are slightly worried about is the distance from Pune city center for our work commutes, though Saswad Bus Stand is conveniently located nearby. Overall, we feel it’s a good start for us.
