The location in Alwal is accessible, and being ready to move was a huge plus. I appreciated the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the ambiance. The price was within my reach, around 58 Lakhs. My only small concern is the distance to the JBS Parade Ground Metro Station, which is nearby, making daily commute a bit longer.
