    I am looking forward to staying at PVR Icon once the construction is finished by December 2028. PVR Team Infra is a known name and I am glad they are building this in the Prasadampadu area. The proximity to Capital Hospitals is a major benefit for us as we grow older. I have booked a 2 BHK apartment and the carpet area is quite decent compared to other buildein this locality. I also checked that they have planned for home theatre facilities which will be a great space for the society membeto gather. The road access is decent enough for now. I just hope that the maintenance costs are kept reasonable once the society starts functioning after the building is ready.
