Tracking the development of PVR Bhavishya Hills has been interesting as the pricing starts from 83.03 Lakh and goes up to 3.51 Crore. I opted for a 3 BHK villa with a plot area of around 1875 square feet. The location near AH 45 makes connectivity very simple. BHAVISHYA HOMES MES ES S is providing a clubhouse and gymnasium which are standard but well planned. I did notice that the internal pathways are a bit narrow for my liking, which might be tricky when there is more traffic inside the society. The landscaping and tree planting plan looks professional. I am expecting a good return on this asset by the time the project is finally delivered in August 2031.

It is a good size for my retirement lifestyle. The proximity to the Sai Baba Temple bus stop makes it easy for my relatives to visit. BHAVISHYA HOMES MES ES S is also building fountains and a nice garden area which will be great for my morning walks. My only slight disappointment is that the project is still under construction and there is some noise from heavy machinery during the day. However, the staff is polite and the security arrangement seems robust for the future.

I booked one of the 4 BHK villas which offea massive built up area between 3963 and 4678 square feet. BHAVISHYA HOMES MES ES S seems to have a clear vision for the project. The amenities like the swimming pool and mini theatre are quite impressive for this segment. My only concern is the current construction pace, as I hope they maintain the timeline for August 2031 completion. The road access is good but there is quite a bit of dust right now due to ongoing work in the surrounding plots. Overall it feels like a decent move for long term value.

I have seen other projects in the area but this one seems to have a better plan for landscaping and open spaces. I am hoping the 24x7 security and power backup will be managed well once they move in.
