It’s just a stone’s throw away from the hospital. I bought a 2 BHK, 1290 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for me. The availability of amenities like the indoor games and a mini theatre is a nice bonus for relaxation. The price, around 87.1 Lakhs for the 2 BHK, was reasonable. My only small reservation is the traffic on Pallikara Road during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
