It's located in Rajarhat, close to Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals which is nearby, and the airport is also very near. They have a 2 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 877 to 900 square feet, priced around 70 Lakhs. The project has good amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and 24x7 security which are important for peace of mind. Purti Realty is the developer, and the project, Purti Aroma, is under construction with completion expected by March 2027. The only downside I noticed during my visit was the narrow lane leading to the property from the main road, which can be a bit inconvenient.

We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium for relaxation after work. The project is in Rajarhat, which is a growing area. The 877 to 900 square feet built-up area for the 2 BHK is decent for us. Purti Realty is developing Purti Aroma, and it's expected to be completed by March 2027. The entrance lobby and landscaping look promising from the brochure. Our main concern is the parking situation; we have two caand are worried if there will be enough dedicated space for us.
