We got a 3 BHK flat, about 1595 square feet. The price was around 92 Lakh. The swimming pool and gymnasium are a big hit with the family. The complex also has a club house which is nice for gatherings. The only slight issue is that the parking can feel a bit cramped sometimes, especially during peak houBut the 24/7 security and power backup are reassuring. It is a comfortable place to live.
