We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK and Province caught our eye. The builtup area is quite large, around 2034 Sq.ft for the smaller ones. Sangath Province Llp seems to have put good thought into the amenities like the children's play area and the gymnasium. We liked that it's a green building registered with IGBC. The location is also decent, close to the 200 Ring Road. My only small concern is that construction was supposed to be completed in August 2022, and it's still under construction. We hope they finish soon.

We chose Province because Puna International School is right next door, which is incredibly convenient for us. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 2034 Sq.ft, and have panoramic views. Sangath Province Llp included a good children's play area and a gymnasium, which are perfect for our family. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting, making the environment feel greener. I bought a 3 BHK here, the 2115 Sq.ft one. The area is developing nicely, and it's right on the 200 Ring Road, which is great for connectivity. Sangath Province Llp has included a lot of amenities, especially the terrace with an open-air theatre and fire pit sounds unique. The 3-level parking is also impressive. My main worry is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction around the area. It's a star location, but getting there involves a bit of a drive through less developed patches. The price is on the higher side too, 93.59 Lakh for the bigger units.
