The total cost was around 1.4 Crore. We liked the amenities like closed car parking and open parking options. The location in Moshi is decent, and it's close to the Pune-Nashik Highway (NH 50) which is nearby. We are happy that the project by Privia Building Landmarks is ready for possession. The only minor concern is the dust from the ongoing development in the vicinity, but we are hoping that reduces over time. The overall construction quality seems good.
