The carpet area is 728 square feet, which is a good size for us. It was completed in September 2020. The location is convenient, close to Baner Road and Pashan Sus Road. We liked the idea of power backup because the electricity can be unreliable sometimes. The building also has a lift, which is important now. The price was around 69.98 Lakh. The only minor issue is the traffic on Baner Road during peak houcan be quite heavy.
